Consulting
At Midport, we know our skills are the key to our success. It’s important to us, to be the best in the industry; therefore, we continually work to be one step ahead of our competitors. Delivering high quality work in a timely manner is essential to us. Because our projects are very involved and demanding, our consultants must strive to continuously be up- to-date on new business concepts, rules and trends, to deliver work that is ‘top of the line’. Our consultants have experience in management and/or have been operative specialists within the industry. This experience, allows us to easily understand the customer’s needs and wants.

Project Management
Good project leadership demands commitment, and calls for clear communication regarding goals, responsibility, performance, expectations and feedback. At all of our locations at Midport, we have qualified project managers with years of experience, both as project managers and as consultants. Due to our excellent project management and our reliable implementation method, we have completed many successful projects world wide.

Development
Midport can develop all types of interfaces related to the systems we support. We are also able to change or add functionality, where the standard functionality does not fulfill the requirements. However, Midport’s philosophy is to use the standard functionality as creatively as possible.
We also have broad experience in technical operation, maintenance and technical environments, including related third-party products.

Support
When problems arise for our customers, no matter how large or small, we are ready to assist. Our support team guarantees starting to diagnose and investigate reported problems within an agreed response time. Problems can be reported, either by phone to our support team, or through our web-based support system. The support availability and response times are agreed upon, depending on the needs and requirements of the customer. We are very flexible and can, when needed, offer 24/7 support. We offer support assistance in Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Dutch and English.

Our Journey

Yesterday
Midport was founded in 2003. Our objective from the start was to become Scandinavia's largest vendor of Infor's ERP solutions, Infor LN and Baan. Customers expressed immediate interest in our knowledge and competency, leading us to expand rapidly, opening offices in Stockholm and Lund. The market’s interest in the product was significant, and Midport was one of the first to implement Infor LN in the world.
We opened an office in Helsinki in 2009 and another in Oslo in 2019. All to be closer to our existing and potential customers in Finland and Norway. We serves Denmark from our offices in Sweden.
Throughout the years, we have completed projects in over 25 countries.

Today
Over the years we have moved from mainly working with customers within the Discrete Manufacturing Industry. To specialists within Project Centric and Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industries. We offer today services both related to ERP and EAM solutions.

Tomorrow
Midport has always financed its own development and expansion. We believe this method gives us control over our development and allows for long-term partnerships with our customers. We don't sell anything just to be able to generate money to banks or other external owners.
Midport is going to keep growing when the time is right. This could be accomplished by organic growth, acquisitions, growth within our home markets, or by new geographical expansions. We are also open to new business areas as long as we can give quality services.
